Dismantles the judicial doctrine of corporate personhood to reassert the sovereign primacy of the natural citizen. Overrides Citizens United v. FEC (2010) and the historical trajectory of Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Co. (1886). Aligns with the foundational philosophy of the Move to Amend coalition.
